For an actual order, refund, parcel or account issue, use Oopbuy’s help centre. Include the order or parcel reference, the status shown and the outcome you need. Do not post payment or account details in public communities.
Common first-order questions
Is this Spreadsheet an Oopbuy account or checkout?
No. It organises product discovery and explains the buying process. Orders and payments happen with Oopbuy, and this guide cannot view your account.
Why are there two payments?
The initial payment covers the purchase and domestic delivery. International shipment is arranged later, after the items arrive and you choose a parcel and route. Check the current checkout for any other fees. See the breakdown.
Does a warehouse weight give the final shipping price?
No. Packing, parcel dimensions, route rules and destination can change the billed weight and price. Read what changes the shipping cost.
Can I return anything during the storage period?
Storage and return eligibility are different rules. Read the current after-sales deadline and seller conditions as soon as the goods are stocked in. A long storage allowance does not extend a shorter return window.
How do I use the stage ledger?
Select the stage that matches your account. The tool groups information usually available by then and items still needing confirmation. It does not access your order, calculate a quote or guarantee that a price is final.
Keep an estimate separate from an invoice
Use the official estimator before ordering and again when you know more about the parcel. Check the currency, goods category, measurements and selected services. If a final charge differs, compare those inputs and ask support for the breakdown.
