This planning checklist does not access your account or calculate a price. Select “Final shipping charge paid” only after packing and final payment are confirmed. If only estimated freight has been prepaid, use the warehouse stage until the packed quote is confirmed.
A freight estimate needs destination, goods type, weight and dimension inputs. Use the official estimator with the best information available, then compare the final packed quote.
What to check at each stage
- Still browsing: compare the listing and seller, confirm the size and variant, and estimate international shipping before ordering.
- Paid for the goods: check that the purchase was placed. Respond to price, stock or seller delivery questions, then watch for warehouse arrival.
- Goods in the warehouse: review QC and after-sales eligibility promptly. Choose what to send together and compare the parcel quotes. Item weights are useful inputs, not a final shipping invoice.
- Final shipping charge paid: confirm the packed quote, final payment and parcel status in your account. Keep the shipping record and track any later adjustment, carrier or customs request.
Warehouse example, also available without JavaScript
For goods already stocked in, the item purchase and seller delivery charges are usually recorded. Check any outstanding adjustment. The final parcel may combine several items or use different packaging, so the following still need confirmation:
- Final packed dimensions and chargeable weight under the chosen line’s rules.
- Which items to combine and whether all are allowed on the route.
- International shipping, selected services and declaration charges.
- How any destination tax or duty is handled.
Review the QC photos and current return deadline before proceeding. A storage allowance does not extend a return window.
